As part of DSource Inc.’s catechism initiatives, the DSI team participated in an Easter retreat at Conrad Manila, titled “The Shepherd Within Me.” In the spirit of Easter, the retreat focused on the theme of becoming a shepherd leader in both personal and professional lives.

The main topic emphasized the qualities of effective leadership, encouraging participants to embrace the values of guidance, compassion, and responsibility. A special guest speaker, Fr. Anton Pascual, presented the importance of spirituality of work, highlighting how a strong sense of purpose can enhance both individual fulfillment and team dynamics.

This retreat not only provided a time for reflection and growth but also fostered a sense of community among team members as they explored ways to lead with heart and integrity.
